“I recently went on a wine tour run by Adam out to the Yarra Valley for my cousin’s hens party. It was such a great day, we visited 4 wineries which included a delicious lunch at Train Trak. I’ve been to a few wineries in the Yarra Valley before not to 3 of the 4 Adam took us to and they were so gorgeous, I would definitely go back. There was a good mix of tastings and the lady running Coombe’s was just delightful. Adam knew his stuff and was so easy going with our hens group and getting us moving from one winery to the next. I especially loved that he collected the vino each of us purchased & handed them to us and the end of the day so we didn’t need to worry about leaving them behind or who bought what. It was a fabulous day and I would Wine Compass to anyone!“

The Day
A really fun day out on the Yarra Valley. Lots of music, food, games and laughs
- 10:30am: Home in Viewbank
- 11:30am: Train Trak – Tasting in the shed, Cab Sauv was a big hit
- 12:00pm: Zonzo lunch: Great pizza lunch including antipasto, selection of wood-fired pizzas and side of salad
- 2:00pm: Coombe Farm: Lovely tasting with friendly cellar door staff
- 2:45pm: Yering Farm: A laidback venue with a good selection of wines, generous tastings and their own cider and juice to try as well
- 3:45pm: Sticks: Enjoyed a tasting on the deck as well as playing a quiz about the bride and groom to be
- 5:30pm: Home in Viewbank
