“Thanks so much to Adam and Gabi for organising this fabulous winery tour. We had the lovely Heath as our guide and the day was just wonderful. The bus was extremely comfortable and we were stoked to play music through Spotify. The wineries that were chosen were brilliant. We wanted to avoid the huge wineries so ended up going to the more boutique wineries which suited us all perfectly. Lunch was terrific at the Red Hill Epicurean.
The whole day had a really relaxed vibe and at no stage, did we feel rushed. Heath was the perfect guide, so friendly, knowledgable and helpful! I would highly recommend Wine Compass to anyone and will remember this day for a long time!”

The Day
15 nurses on a well earned day off. They were looking for a relaxed day with plenty of drinks and laughs. The itinerary below combined with the host a few other extras delivered this:
- 9:30am: Pick-up St Vincents Hospital
- 11:00am: Trofeo: For the first tasting of the day, lovely selection of wines including local classics and Moscato
- 12:00pm: Bluestone Lane: A real favourite with the group generous servings of both wine and laughs
- 1:15pm: Red Hill Epicurean: Lovely wood-fired pizza lunch in very cool setting. Also salad and a glass of wine or beer
- 3:15pm: Darling Park: Nice, personal tasting at this small boutique winery
- 5:30pm: Drop-off St Vincents Hospital
