The team at Wine Compass is passionate about providing our audience with easy to understand and relatable wine focused content. Our authors and bloggers live and breathe wine, and are keen on sharing their knowledge with other wine curious individuals.

We believe wine is for everyone…

…so our aim is to provide anyone from wine enthusiasts to those just starting out and eager to learn more, with interesting and informative articles that not only focus on wine education, but the regions we most like to explore. We believe that the best wines are produced on the Mornington Peninsula, and in the Yarra Valley, and we’re excited to share them with you.

Employment

Must haves

Passion for wine and food with sound knowledge. You don’t need to be an expert but need to know enough to chat with everyday people (we can save the advanced tours till further down the track)
Like to speak in front of people in an engaging way, answer questions, get people involved and make them laugh
Ability to have good conversations and be liked by people quickly.
For people interested in driving (better pay, more tours): Confident driver. Need to drive a 12 seater van (Toyota Commuter), we can pay for your drivers certificate if you don’t have
Able to work weekends with weekday availability a plus too.
We understand this might be a second job and work arrangements are very flexible, but need to be reliable once committed to a tour. Christmas availability is a must
