Yering Farm: Your Home Away From Home
Address: St Huberts Road, Yering, VIC 3770
Entering Yering Farm, you’re welcomed with a warm smile and your first tasting of Sauvignon Blanc – not a bad way to be greeted! This initial experience follows through with a tasting led by one of the friendliest teams on the Yarra Valley, ensuring you feel right at home from the get go.
Set in a rustic shed oozing charm, this isn’t a site you want to rush past; it’s a popular place to be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine or cider if you’ve got the time.
Yering Farm offers an approachable variety of entry level wines, with a mid-range and premium level also available on taste. Where they really shine is in their reds, especially with their crowd pleasing Pinot Noirs and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
Their talents also lie beyond the vineyards though, thanks to their delicious cider produced from their own orchard. It’s a crisp and fresh cider made from 100% premium pink lady apples, and is definitely not to be missed.

Yering Farm is a welcome respite from the usual bustle of the beaten track. From their old, rustic shed flows a great outdoor grassy area and veranda, ideal for sitting back, relaxing, and knocking back a few drinks while taking in the picturesque vineyard landscape.
What we like
Yering Farm is well known for being friendly and relaxed, making for the perfect chilled out ending to a day. Of course their delicious wine and cider helps, too.
What we don’t like
Popular amongst groups, the one downfall of Yering Farm is that it can be unpredictably super busy or really quiet.
