Are you keen to learn more about wine? Keen to learn how to taste and get the most out of your wine? We can include a 90 minute wine tasting masterclass as part of the day. It’s a great way to improve your everyday wine knowledge and is a lot of fun (groups of 10+ only)

 

Optional extra: Gin Masterclass

The team at Bass & Flinders Distillery will have you grinning with their award-winning gin. In this masterclass you’ll get to sample all of their finest gins, plus a few delightful limoncello and vodka variations. And don’t forget the highlight of the day; you’ll get to engineer your very own gin, too!

The Mornington Peninsula region is renowned for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as pioneering Pinot Gris/Grigio in Australia. What a great way to spend the day, delicious wine, gorgeous views, amazing lunch and a fantastic host. Jarrod was fabulous, super knowledgeable on the vineyards and different wines – he discreetly sat back and listened to our feedback on the tastings and very quickly noticed our likes and dislikes and was able to advise the next vineyards which wines each person might like (he was spot on).
